Our Projects
Building sustainable futures through education, storytelling, and environmental restoration
Farmer Voices
A storytelling initiative showcasing the lives and challenges of smallholder coffee farmers through photos and narratives. We believe that every farmer has a story worth telling, and these stories help bridge the gap between coffee consumers and the people who grow their daily cup.
Through intimate portraits and personal interviews, we document the dedication, struggles, and triumphs of our farming partners, creating a human connection that goes beyond the transactional nature of commodity coffee.

Hands for Msitu
Our reforestation project planting indigenous trees in coffee communities to combat climate change and preserve biodiversity
Why Indigenous Trees Matter
Climate change poses significant challenges to coffee farming in Western Kenya. By planting indigenous trees, we're helping farmers adapt to changing weather patterns while preserving local ecosystems and traditional knowledge.
Indigenous trees provide shade for coffee plants, prevent soil erosion, improve water retention, and create habitats for beneficial wildlife that supports coffee production.
Establishing Nurseries
Setting up community nurseries to grow indigenous tree seedlings with local knowledge and sustainable practices.
Tree Distribution
Distributing trees through our Farmer Field Schools, ensuring proper planting techniques and ongoing care.
Climate Education
Training farmers in sustainable planting practices and climate-smart agriculture techniques.
Farmer Field School
Our year-round agronomy support program is led by dedicated youth Field Extension Officers who provide comprehensive training to farmers during off-season periods and hands-on assistance during critical harvest and post-harvest handling phases.
Year-round Training
Continuous education in best agricultural practices, quality improvement, and sustainable farming methods.
Youth Leadership
